Astrocartography and Relocation Astrology
Find The Best Places To Live, Love and Prosper with Astrocartography and Relocation Astrology
Relocation Astrology Reading
Astrocartography is a technique to know how different areas, cities, states, countries or continents will change the experiences of an individual through emphasizing or de-emphasizing planetary lines of influence. Astrocartography gives the big picture and re-location astrology will show you the details in the chart. The lines on the map show where the planets rays according to the time of birth are over different regions of the world. Think of Astrocartography or relocation astrology as a astro form of fung shui. Your fate and chart is what it is, but there are things you can move and relocate, (you) to help the chi and flow of life. Relocation astrology indicates how your life will improve or get worst depending upon where you live. Astrocartography can show you how different places can allow for transformation, growth and change as the planetary influences vibrate your energy within to draw out another part of who you are.

What is the difference between Astrocartography and Relocating the chart?
There are 3 ways of finding important information is seeking the best place for you to live.
1.) A map with the settings In “mundo” 2. A map with the settings Zodiacal 3.) Calculating your complete astrology chart as if you were born another place.
Each method has merit and some individuals feel the planetary lines from the astrocartography map in mundo more. Others may feel the planetary lines on the map in the zodiacal setting more. Most of the planetary lines will be the same in either map except for when the planets are a significant distance off the ecliptic, which Pluto usually is.
Relocating the chart as if you were born in another place will give you a clearer picture of what to expect as you will see the whole chart and how the planets move from one house to another. Another very significant point that you can not see from the maps is when the ruler of the different houses changes. Case in point, if the ruler of the second house of money changes to a difficult or complicated planet in your relocated chart as happy you might be to move to a Jupiter line if you run out of money or can’t make money feeling the Jupiter happy go lucky feeling lasts only so long.
You can also use Astrocartography for visiting different places in the world by seeing the current planetary transits and putting them over your re-location astrology map, this is great for temporary changes, travel and extended vacations or trips. Your astrocartography gives you information on how being in other places on the planets will bring out different sides latent within you. Astrocartography is used to help you find the best places for career, love, and success in the world.
An astrologer uses this astrological method to find a location to live that will bring you more success and happiness. Your chart represents your fate or destiny, however moving from where you were born to a place that emphasis the planets in your chart that are in stronger positions to help you get what you want will support you in making the most of your potential.
How best to understand why this is possible is to imagine your spirit ready to incarnate, and breathe your first breath on the planet. You may be about to be born in Miami Beach, for example, at sunrise the sun would be at an angle in the chart showing the sun rising (ascending) over the horizon. This interpretation is different than if you were born, the exact same time, but in Europe, Hawaii, or Japan when the sky was in a different position.
Obviously the sky would look different on the other side of the planet, hence your chart would be the same, but the planets would be in a different position. This means that certain areas of life will be more important or highlighted living in one area compared to another.
Relocation, moving to a new location, is about emphasizing the planets that govern something that you want to make happen in life. It is simple, move to another location and a different side of you will be able to shine more. Have you ever went someplace and you felt different? Either happier, more carefree, at peace? Or perhaps more serious, down, or depressed for no apparent reason although you could find excuses what you didn’t feel so great there? Or that when you traveled one place everything seemed to fall into place, but in a different location everything went wrong, blocked, travel delays, reservation snafus? This is astrocartography in action.
In a relocation reading that focuses on your astrocartography it is important to clarify what you value most. Then we can go about finding the location where you will resonate best to allow that part of your life to expand.
Ideally a place that has several key aspects intersecting that are high on your wish list and what is most important to you. Freedom, career, love, finances, play time, family, education, travel, you get the idea.
Finding a place not only takes into consideration the relocated chart- it is ideal to look for the best timing for you to move. A place may be really good for you however if your transits, (current influences) do not support the flow then it is best to wait until a more fortuitous time.
In addition to seeking positive places I interpret 3 places that you are considering moving to; the interpretation of your relocated charts for each place gives you the pro’s and con’s of area, city or town. In addition your relocation reading includes a search for other places that are symbolic of the life that you want to create, and where the planetary lines fall across the country and what they mean, why you might like to live there or why you might want to avoid those areas. In addition by looking at the place you are currently living at, whether your birth town or where you moved to, will also glean insight into what might be stopping or blocking you from a life that you want to live.
A relocation session is $135, is an hour and can be ordered as a MP3 recording, zoom, or as a phone session. (Appointments are Mon-Fri 9-4 pm Eastern time zone.) An exact time of birth is required for this reading. Order your session here

Many times people assume that moving to your Jupiter or Venus line life will be better. This is perpetuated by on line blogs that don’t really understand the depth of astrological intricacies. One must look to see if Venus or Jupiter is exalted or debilitated as it is a factor in whether those auspicious lines will help them or hurt them. One must define what is better, better than what? Moving to a Jupiter or Venus not always brings a person what they really want. That is why answering some basic questions helps get to the bottom of what to look for.
Jupiter has a carefree attitude, all will work out, that certain things will happen across your path. This is wonderful, yet if you are completely carefree you could be living in the moment only to be distraught when you realize you have been having so much fun, going to all the places and doing the things you like that your money runs out.
Similar with Venus, Venus line has the expectation that it will be good for relationships and money. Yes you can have romantic interludes and spend money. Even meet someone that provides you with gifts and resources, yet if your life path shows that it is your karma to have a career then it isn’t always the place to get work. And if your Venus is afflicted in your chart, then living on your Venus line will be a place you can work out your Venus ‘karma’. (Which won’t live up to the hype of how glorious it is to live on your Venus line.)
Where Is a Good Place According to My Astrology Chart to Live?
To find what combination of lines will work out to have the life you want here are a few questions that need to be thought through and answered.
- Weather? Cold? Hot? 4 seasons? 2, 3 seasons? Blue skies =Sunshine. Rain= cloudy skies? Snow? What areas of the country provides the weather you want?
- Money? Do you need to work? What is the type of employment you do want? How large of a town do you need to find that work? Do you want a steady job with benefits or temp jobs you can come and go then pick up another?
- What are your hobbies? What area and weather allows you to do what you like?
- Health: What keeps you healthy and happy?
- Community: Is it important? Are there any types of groups or orgs you want close by?
- The state culture; how important, if at all, is living in a progressive or liberal vs conservative state? (some people find this a criteria, to live in a state that the majority has same ideas or for social services they might need down the road.)
- What are you most concerned or fearful of?
- What would you regret most if where you moved you didn’t want to stay?
From the answers of these questions we can narrow down which lines in what areas will help bring you more of what you want.
